One of my mates had a neighbour like that, forced him to build a completely different house to what my mate had originally intended, in the end he decided he didn't want to live there and so sold the new house without even moving in.

the sparta dude is off the movie "300", thats a common line and one used in a few techno songs. the comical side of it is hes actually pointing to the place in greece where it is located lol

c) you'll probably add it to your top 10 movie list
