    the article suggests that heated vs non-heated seats had a temperature difference of only 1deg C.

    are our family jewels that sensitive to temperature variance?

    and also, seems like a hell of a lot of cash to cough up for 1 degree

    It's a 1 degree change from our body temp. Not from the air temperature of the car, or the normal temp of the freezing leather.

    living in Perth and parking in a garage overnight, I never have to deal with these issues!!

    (and warm, furry underwear helps too )

    LOL - I'm sure my balls get warmer than that on a 40 degree day....so going on their theory most Australian men would have reduced capabilities during summer.
