    Funny Street Sign

    The sign pictured is in fact a real street sign from Conisbrough in the Ku. The residents complained so much they got it changed to, Archers Way,

    How can you not realise something like this when you name a street?

    Plenty more weird names in England. When this street was named, Butt did not mean backside. Butt is an Americanism, they have weird names too - fanny does not mean what it does to colloquial Strine...
