    There might be something else in his system besides booze. Maybe valium or similar washed down with cheap scotch??

    hmm looks like the guy is on ketamine . usually used for anesthesia in conjunction with other meds. no wonder guy is wacked. ive heard it being used as a horse tranquilizer as well.

    Sometimes he looks drunk, other times he looks physically disabled.. I can't quite pick it.

    Yep looks like ketamine for sure. Probably mixed with large quantities of alcohol.
