better then speed humps

Had this forwarded to me in a email.

Even with a car thats not lowered i have a great problem with speed bumps and ramps turning off roads.

I think this is a better solution...

Yeah that was my first thought!
Dad was just telling me that in the past in california that they use to have cardboard cutouts of cop cars with camera to put thte wind up people, after a while people worked it out and started shoting the cardboard cut outs for fun or whatever...

You can imagine what happens when there is randomly a real cop car sitting out there one day...
