    There is at the moment a Belgian Trappist Ale bubbling away in my brewery under the stairs.

    One week in the vat, followed by maybe a month in the bottle, and I'll let you know what it's like.

    They are, in general quite high alcohol beers, so I will have to be moderate.

    i need to start brewing. i cant get tipsy on ~5% beers any more, not unless i have like a dozen and a half.
