    Where to buy Auto Paint

I need to get some paint to touch up a few spots on my car but it's a rare colour. Does anyone know where to get some either pre-mixed or places that will mix it up.

The colour is Quartz Grey LA8V Metallic. Is it worth trying at a VW dealership?

take your fuel filler cap into a proper paint place and they will do a colour match for you. It always turns out better than supplying a paint code as there can be quite a lot of variation.
Most autobarn stores can do it as well as automotive paint supply places.

Good idea, cheers. I'll give that a try, might avoid my local Autobarn though, it's not staffed by the smartest of folk.

are they able to match like the pearl effect in paints reasonably well? I've been wanting to get some to touch up some stone chips for my windsor blue mk3 but if you know that colour its quite complex and im scared it just wont match up nicely
