It was sic but im kindo happy its back to original. Its definatly the best unrestored original example of a mk1 in Aus and one of a few in the world i think. Every "original" mk1 ive seen has been restored or has something done to it like wheels or suspention etc.

In another decade if it was kept like this it will be worth enough to ship overseas.

Cant wait to see how the WABIT turns out you crazy kent.

Dude i will never forget in January when i came down and we loaded the roof rack with a surfboard, 2 suit cases, a 14" steelie we painted RED and that massive esky all tied down with occie straps and that big rainbow coloured luggage strap we got from the $2 shop! Hahahaha! Awesome!

Getting to drive it down Lygon (spelling?) street on a friday night with all that crap on it, low as sheit, dodging potholes and waving to the hot chicks was awesome fun! It'll surely be missed.
