Waverley VW

3 weeks ago they replaced the radiator in my 2015 Polo GTI. Yesterday the top radiator hose let go and all the coolant escaped. Luckily there's a coolant level light and it warned my wife straight away so she was able to shut it off immediately. Aaprently the hose was incorrectly fitted when GW replaced the radiator so it's their fault and Berwick can't just fix it.

It got towed to Berwick VW because it was outside the "free" tow zone for Glen Waverley.

30 hours later and I'm still waiting for the two dealerships to agree who will pay for it and I've spent 2 hours on hold waiting for info. They smile over the phone and say yes we'll get right on it and get back to me but I'm still waiting for a call.

The part isn't available in Australia. No ETA. But they gave us a free rental car today until it's fixed.
