VW Service centres

I have been trawling around trying to find one place where feedback is provided about VW Service centres. Something that looks a bit like the recommend a Dealer thread which talks about the service and experiences provided by the sales process.

There is much to and fro about going independent versus the dealership Service centres and I respect all those perspectives so this is not the thread for argument. What I am keen to know as I am sure many others would be is the experience they have received from the VW service centres.

My local is located at Parramatta near Rosehill Racecourse.. keen to hear of good or poor servicing esperiences on that in particular however if there is another that proffers a consistent or superior service I would be happy to hear about that.

The problem with Dealerships is you may get good service by one tech that knows what he's doing and cares and the next time you don't know who your going to get, there's so many inconsistancies.The other problem your going to find is people have different expectations, so someone that highly recommends a job done, might not be so highly recommended by another.
Find an indy that is tooled up and knows the product so you can actualy talk to the person that works on your car and has full accountability.
