Thats for a Manual 60k service.

    DSG 60k is the same!
    Say what?

DSG service is easily a fair bit more on top of that.

~$50/L of DSG oil (5L in total), ~$40 filter, ~1 hour labour (Depending on labour rate).

2008 R36 Passat 115,000km service which I believe includes the DSG. Im a little scared of what you will say.
Also how much would it cost to get rotors and pads placed?

    Hello Raymond

Thanks for your offer to price these service items!

I have a 2008 'build date' Polo GTi with K&N airfilter in the OEM Box. It has 65,300 klms on the clock.

I should be considering replacement of :

1:Cambelt and along with that the tensioners (anything else ?) and water pump to avoid double labour.
2: Clutch and pressure plate and throw out bearing
3: Front brake rotors and pads
4: Air Con service plus filter
    5: Front windscreen
6: Gearbox service syncros replacement for interest only! include replacing oil
7: The little locking tab on the rear wiper arm
8: Floor mats front and rear
    9: Interior Dome Map Light
10: Headlight upgrade to Xeion or HID whatever VW call them..
11: Wave trac or similar LSD lol

    Cheers Al

    Thanks

When you get under the car you have to remove the big plastic tray to get to the engine. VW took mine off me last time I was there because they reckoned it was the wrong one and was melting on the exhaust; I've been driving without one since.
