If you would like to know who is going when to VW Driving Experience please post into this thread: VW Driving Experience 2013 - Who's Going When?

I'll update the first post and hopefully people can arrange to catch up at the track with other forum members.

I have to give a shout-out to the people at VW Customer Service. After getting the last available place for the course/time I wanted at $300 while waiting for a YouVW code, they've refunded me the $100 discount a few days later.

Yes and now one place is available for the Progression course on the Tuesday as well as the two spots for the Evolution course for Melbourne.

...and now one place for next week up in Brisbane too.

Jump on these quick if you missed out first time around.

Anyone heading to Phillip Island tomorrow afternoon? (there was a thread for that somewhere)

I had a look online for the BMW, Audi, and Mercedes equivalent of VW's Driving Experience and can say that ours is pretty good value for money.

Mercedes one is very boring, BMW is $1400+ (but all day not half day). The Audi one is also naturally more expensive although the extreme snow driving in NZ sounds interesting for a holiday.

So yesterday was fun, although to be honest I was a little disappointed that it was almost a carbon copy of last years Progression course.

Met tigger73 (Damien) and AdamD (Adam) down there too

They were thinking of creating an 'Evolution 2' course for us next year but I can't help thinking that it'll just be more of the same with a higher price tag (the feedback form mentioned $500 for a half-day course although I assume we'd get a $100 discount again).

I've got one of the videos uploaded - I was a fraction late with my brake and turn in but not too shabby, just takes time/practice like anything else
