    Not sure why you will have to pump up your tyres. Looks like VW supplies the cars in the course outline
    Thanks Highlander, I was so excited about going that I didn't realise they really are supplying the cars.
    Was happy being able to drive my own but even better!

    That's just what they tell the locals to make them feel a basic level of importance :p

    Re the helmet, they say that they will email you re what to bring and I bet they tell you to pump up your tyres.
    Don't remember having to have a helmet for the Ian Luff driving course I did years ago and since were doing basic skid pan stuff, I doubt we need it.
    (Except for the hot lap!)
    Yes now that I think about it there must be a classroom session that will probably last about an hour before two hours of driving starts.
    I have had friends do driver performance and defensive classes at one of these venues and they were required to wear a helmet, so I thinks thats a given. I was just wondering if they supplied them. I give them a call and find out next week.

    i had an issue with proceeding to the next step, but then what i did was click on the left-hand most step up top- picking your session.

    once i did that, it sorted it out. got the email 2 mins later.

    Well after speaking with the organisers, I can confirm the following:

    Helmets (and hair nets) provided. You may bring your own along on the day but depending on the sort, it my not be allowed.
    Cost = $0.00.
    Using a variety of VW supplied cars.
