So you posted a long bile-filled diatribe about a company. You then contacted the company to tell them about your post. You are now surprised that the post is gone?



You have heard of defamation/libel haven't you?


Perhaps if your posts just laid out the facts without all the emotion, emoticons, BIG RED WORDS and 'editorialising' they may not be so close to harassment or libel.

It's understandable that you are angry and upset, but if you spend all this time attacking those who you feel have wronged you then you shouldn't be surprised that people feel they need to protect themselves by not hosting your rants on their forums.

....and describing the admins and moderators of the forum as having no balls is just an awesome way to get them on your side

Edit: Your original thread was merged into the existing thread on the same topic that you linked to in your original post.

But as you then went and told the dealership about the post, their legal team then went through the process and requested the content to be removed.
