    3) Sounds like you have to reset it - have you followed the instructions in the manual for setting it to your personal preference? You can turn it off as well (might be a useful interim measure if there is actually a fault that needs rectification)
    4) That sounds like it hasn't been set properly. Have you tried holding the switch down to force it beyond that point?
    5) Something wrong there
    6) How can you tell?

You need to book it in with Service. Forget about Sales as their job is done. Email all the issues to the Service Manager & tell them you want them all addressed & ask how long they will need the vehicle. If you can't get satisfaction the talk to VW Customer Care or think about using another dealer.

And calm down a bit - if your last 2 paragraths are anything to go by then you're a bit worked up & nobody wants to deal with stress-heads (Seriously, try & read those paras - they did my head in).
with the 3rd issue, I have tried out with the instructions but it still doesn't give me the angle that I want it to be. Though I don't really rely on that mirror only when I am doing parallel parking, that function is what my money paid for.
with the 6th issue, I can see the color of the headlights from the car behind. It doesn't do the right job all the time and I don't know with what distance it suppose to work.
Now I just want them to check the whole car and see if there is any faulty codes or something like that.
I'm just telling people to be careful when they are doing business with some dealership. It sounds bit stressed-out. However, from my case, you can see clearly that I have told service department already but they don't want to deal with the issues and kick me back to sales department. It's really not my fault if they don't want to address these issues for me and they shouldn't promise me that they will call me back and have a look at another car and ring me back if they cannot keep the promise. That's the main thing.
Anyway, I will see how they go on Thursday and I will keep an eye on all the work.

Nope. I tried but failed. Anyway, they have booked my car in on Thursday to check and scan the whole system and see if it needs to be reset or adjusted.

VW Australia are so slow and useless it's not funny. I'm so supremely disappointed in my dealings with them.

This sounds like it might be a long way out of your way, but if you can, see Volkswagen Liverpool. Daniel, their service manager is phenomenal at his job and just a fantastic human being. Tell him james with the Scirocco passed on the recommendation.

i just realised you are in Wollongong & are either dealing with Southern Classic who are pretty hopeless or possibly McGraths Sutherland who would have the worst rep in Sydney. You are doomed to failure if you persist in dealing with those f***-knuckles.

Take a drive up the Appin Rd & try Campbelltown or Liverpool (which is also McGraths but it sounds like the Service Mgr is OK).

When you get your warranty issues out of the road then go to CVWC in Kiama

edit: Can't read titles North Shore - that's a long drive for a bucket of dissapointment.

Ok, Cool. It sounds helpful and I will try that if North Shore VW still does things in a shonky way. Thanks for your help, James.

Hi, I knew Southern Claasic Cars has very very bad reputation and that's why I would like to go Sydney to jusy find myself a good dealership. I will try Liverpool and Campbelltown if I fail to deal with them again.
I know Peter from CVWC in Kiama. I always took my cars to him for service and all that. He's a good man and a true specialist of VW, AUDI, PORSCHE, SKODA, SEAT.
    Thanks for your advice, Brad.

+1 for Wakelings VW in Campbelltown, we purchased our passat from them and they have an awesome sales and service dept. We avoided Southern Classic Cars after a few friends had bad experiences with them.
