Super GP and A1 Cars MIA

    Hey Guys,

Just wondering on any more info that people can provide regarding these A1 cars being Missing In Action. I have read around the web that they are being held in London due to excessive debts held by the A1 organisation...

We have a unit every year which will allow for much fun to be had either way but pretty sad that the whole A1 GP idea has died in the ass before it has even begun!

    Cheers

    Steve

They've officially been canned. V8 Supercars will be doing 4 150km, 2 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday.
An absolute crock. They should never have bothered with the A1GP in the first place a category with none of the glitz and glamour that made Indy such a draw card for the Gold Coast.
As usual government organised sporting events organised by people with no passion for motorsport. Fail.
    Cheers,
    Trent

I Completey Agree with you. They could have planned this much better and the A1 isn't all that it is made out to be! To be honest they should have just made it a V8 Supercar event from day dot when Indy pulled out. Realistically people over the past few years have been going to see the supercars anyway.
