Normally you would be able to request a review under leniency via. the SDRO website.

But.... this has been extracted from the SDRO:

"We cannot consider a clear driving record for parking, non-demerit or serious traffic offences, such as a school zone offence, speeding more than 30 km/h over the limit or driving while using a mobile phone."

Unfortunately you will have to go to court for the matter to be decided there if you wish to seek leniency.

You can simply pay the fine.
Not sure why you would sign up to a vw forum to ask such a question however.

Isn't that licence losing speed though? I don't think it is just a fine.

In NSW it's 45km over the speed limit is Automatic loss of license and a big fine.

Retain a solicitor that specialises in speeding fines or traffic matters. It will cost you a few thousand to be represented in court but that's probably better than the alternative.

Alternatively, ask around on the internet. The advice you receive will be worth every penny you paid for it.

I posted this in her other thread and the links are from NSW TMR site

Well you got the word right but in the wrong context.

You got CAUGHT and will possibly end up in COURT.

For more than 30 over the limit you are looking at $855 and 5 demerits and maybe 3 months loss of licence.

    If taken to Court $2200.

Speeding - Offences & penalties - Safety & rules - Roads - Roads and Maritime Services

Why anyone would be asking for answers to a speeding fine on a motorbike on a VW forum is beyond me.

Even why they are asking on the internet is a bit strange as the offence notice would have the penalty written on it.

Apart from the info in the links anything else is supposition and is worth what you pay for it.
