Speed Parts Christmas car show

Speed parts is having it's annual Christmas Car show.

It's a pretty casual sort of a thing with cars coming and going all day log.

Primarily a muscle car / hot rod sort of thing but they're fairly open minded about any chrome bumper era cars.

It's this Sunday 20/12/09, some people start turning up from 7:30 and it runs 'till about 4:00

4/1 Vesper Drive Narre Warren, Narre Warren, VIC 3805

SpeedParts was opened in 2006 in Narre Warren, amongst eastern Melbourne's car mad suburbs. Just drop in on the Speed Parts boys and stand out the front for a little while to see the wide variety of hobby vehicles from stock to wild that crusie past on Princes Highway especially on the weekend. The shop is aimed at the same market in the era style of an old speed shop and the parts are second to none.

Just back now. Great turn out with lots of interesting stuff constantly rolling in and out.

Jodie took hundreds of shots with the still camera, I'll post some up when I've had a chance to go through 'em all.

A few friends & I were thinking of heading over for this, but its not exactly a quick trip down the road for me. More like a 5 hour round trip!

Nice mix of cars I'm sure, from American to Aussie muscle. Love these sort of show's/meetup's!

Love the A9X in the backround too!

That Corolla with the 289 has been around for donkey's years & is 100% street legal, as it was built & engineered that long ago before all the harsh rules & regs came out.
