Official Australian release is next Thurs 11 August. It will prob be a limited release, but should be showing in the capital cities.

I'd say it was a bit of hard sell for Australia. Being big into F1/Senna The UK and Japan jumped on it when it was first available, but they prob had to do some convincing to get the distributors to pick it up in Aus.

It's out for general release on the 11th of August.

Or you can order it from the UK and other countries, which are due out in October.

Most definitely the best period of F1 in my lifetime. I was an avid Senna fan, my sister a Mansell fan. Only regret I have is not getting to see him drive live. Some of the above footage was taken from what was roundly accepted to be his (and F1's ) perfect lap. He went from 5th to 1st on the first lap of the European GP at a rainy Donington, which used to be my local track. I've seen the movie on the internet but am looking forward to taking my family next weekend.

    Legend!

I went and saw this one 1991 Australian Grand Prix - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Shortest race in GP history because of the rain, which Senna eventually won

Aha! i was about to ask when you saw him in action. I remember that race. A shame you only got sixteen laps, but I'm sure you will never forget it!
