They are made of cast iron, so yep recyclable.
Most council’s have free scrap metal drop off, or just drop them at your local scrap metal place.
Where do you guys dispose of old brake rotors? Not sure if they can be recycled or they just go in the regular garbage bin?

Take them to scrap place for some cash, or drop to a local mechanic if money is not a motivator.
I built up a nice pile; 6 rotors, 4 struts and various engine parts, then did the trip for some cash.

Just in the regular wizbin for me, but yes - you could take them to a metal recycler.
Just a tip - if you do put them in the bin, put them at the bottom of the bin and then put your weeks worth of rubbish on top to act as a cushion. A few years ago I forgot my own advice and put them near the top of the bin and they were the first thing to come out once the truck lifted the wizbin up and it broke the lid. So if you put them at the bottom of the bin then all your rubbish on top will cushion the brake disks as they fall out so they don't damage anything.
Sorry, but what the hell is a wizbin ? Newcastle lingo or something ?
