There's no solution to the problems in the African countries. The issues there are so complex, they have their own people ripping them off blind, the education levels are so low that they believe all the propaganda and many of the countries have no chance.
Take a look at Zimbabwe as one example, the whole country has been destroyed, the farms that once gave Zimbabwe most of it's income have been mostly destroyed for the sake of quick gains selling farm equipment off cheap. Since 1990 life expectancy has dropped from 60 to 44. Over 1.5 million have HIV and this is spreading rapidly. No amount of money, food or medical aid will help them, they have to want to help themselves and fight for change.
