OT: What interests and pass-times do your other halves partake in?

I know that this is a VW forum and it is all about cars. Hear me out.

My other half is a pretty understanding type in terms of what I am allowed to do with my/her/our cars and on the whole never makes much of a fuss about it, to which I am very appreciative.

But she has her own interests, and I thought it would be interesting to see what partners of others on the forum are interested in.

Mrs Mikinoz is right into wool. In a big way. I have a room in our place that is dedicated to the stuff, like a garage for a girl. It's called Ladyland - and has a famous Jimi Hendrix album cover of a similar name adorning the wall. (Google it if you don't know it)

She has had a penchant for crochet over knitting but does both as well as some sewn things to match and makes/sells her items through a boutique in Canberre - Shop Handmade as well as through her website. The Endless Yarn And on occasion does a makers market or two

You can some of her other stuff on Facebook The Endless Yarn | Facebook

As a contrast another friends wife is right into cakes and cooking. She now imports cake decorating and some party supplies and started her own website cupcakehouse.com.au

So what else to the significant others get up to?

My wife used to be into horses and playing polo, both for love and as a professional career...

Then she met me... I ruined it all...

My Wife's interests include complaining about money, pointing out times when I have failed at things and telling me how much the kids wind her up

My fiance is a classical pianist/piano teacher (we met at uni when i was doing my bachelor of music in Jazz). She also enjoys complaining about my car obsession, but is pretty understanding and supportive overall..

Dont have a mrs but my mum likes old stuff and family history. She has a huge collection of rolling pins (yeah I know) and she loves looking in second hand shops but then says they all cost way too much.
