Hi Everyone,
Need some advice.
A few months ago, 7months to be exact, I purchased some parts from Europe.
They turned up 3months later, little longer then i excepted/was told but it was xmas and so on. Upon opening the package there was a mistake and missing of the main components from the list of parts I ordered. I Contacted the company (via email) who admitted their mistake and said they would get them in the mail straight away. Gave them two months since then, only to find out the company was setting up a new factory and had been flat out with getting it up and running, parts are still were still not in the mail.
Gave them another month (the actual time i believe it took the first lot to arrive) and tried to make contact again but am having no luck getting through to anyone there.
I'm easy going as i know 'stuff happens', but 7months and im really over it, even worse when i cant get a answer out of anyone there.
Iv read about it happening too a few other people from the same company.
I'm considering getting all my money back and having the parts I received sent back, can anyone point me in the direction of how to go about it...?
I have a quote and most of the correspondence is in writing (email).
I dont want to mention names on the forum.

That sucks Dyl...I know 'stuff happens'...I've just waited 7 months for an Australian Company to send me a camera part. They're only in Melbourne...
