my dream just big factory with tiny living area in a corner and the rest open, to bikes, cars and art projects.

    Looks like a great start.

Had a house, losing that unfortunately. Gotta pay out the ex a lot of money too, thus the fresh start.
Havent slept up there yet, only bought the van last week, levelled it over the weekend. What sort of level??? A Boags stubby!!
Just got to move all my stuff up there plus heaters and I will save a packet in the rental I am in at present.
Fresh start, and yep, plenty of acres to put a few donor cars too.
Its going to be nice and peaceful up there, the block is over 300 metres from the nearest through road.
These are some of the views I will miss, taken from my present unit.

Still, the views up there are nice, must get some next weekend.

Good luck to you Andrew. I hope everything turns out great for you.

Nice shed you got too. Keeping the cars away from the sun and rain!

Thanks 16v, Appreciate it mate, now to get rid of the birds nests in the shed!! Oh, and wash Gunter.
Certainly could do with some rain here, back in another big drought, and my neighbour has used all my water.
Thus the Caddy van is now a water carrier, lost 20 litres out of a container on Grasstree hill road on sunday morning, well, didnt lose it, it was all in the back of the Cad!!

Sorry to hear the bad news mate, but on the plus side looks like you've picked a great place for the fresh start.

Five and a half acres sounds like a very nice size, any plans for all the space beside a house?

Its not all bad news mate,
No real plans, its a winery area but that sounds like too much work, I dont plan on moving my business (automotive) out there, I couldnt stand people "popping" out there on the weekends to have things done. No, my ex planted over 300 trees up there and the wallabies havent eaten them so maybe I could set up an autocross track around them?? LOL! No, its nice and quiet out there so I guess it will be nice to just sit on the land and watch it appreciate.
    Cheers, Andrew

I could produce a book on the ever changing views from my unit, I have soooo many pics! In those you cant see the river or the bridge. Unfortunately photoshop has deleted my old files so I cant post em up at present.
Yes, my friends from here are always welcome down here, be good to see some fellow enthusiasts.
I havent submitted plans yet, I still have to settle some stuff here, then prepare the area where I want my house built.
By the way Waterboy, Baskerville is over the hill from the block and I can here the racing or supersprint days when they are on

Good luck Andrew, Grasstree Hill would be nice to drive through each day! Will head over to your workshop fairly soon to have a chat about some things to do with my car, am fairly tight with money at the moment but as soon as that is sorted I'll give you a call. All the best - that shed looks great!
