Multivan with dreaded DSG issue :(

No closer to a resolution on this. VW Aust wont authorise a loan car until they know how long repair will be and the dealer can't work out what the problem is to advise on the loan car I have my fingers crossed that we will have a loan car sorted.

Anyone out there who has had the following carried out on their T5 (all models 2004-2011 DSG, all VIN #'s)?

TSB # 2011690/3 35-11-01 (...delay in DSG engagement from a stop)

ECM software upgrade (...engine hesitation/lurching at low speed) Update # 23602599
