    The whole modified thing is a joke.

    Last year I entered a MK1 as modified because it has a later model engine. I was being judged against a 5 day old MK5 with a chip tune.

    Both cars were judged on condition of paint, interior etc, which do you suppose got the more points?

    My recommendation is to consider the entry fee as your ticket to convenient parking close to the show and don't worry about the trophies.

    I agree, last year all the watercooled's were together, at least this year there are golf classes, you should see that on the entry that has been e-mailed to last year entries. Cheers ssman
