    C63.

That noise is like the sound of a thousand angry gods.
Also the fact it has been tuned to insanely high output's and the akropovik exhaust makes it sound even tougher and it's a win for me.

    Wasn't this done already previously?

This is a tough one. They are all so different yet are pretty much direct competitors.

M3 is more boy racer but probably the best performance option

C63 has to be the ultimate German Muscle car. Probably would be my choice even though im generally anti slushbox. Would be a fantastic daily driver. The noise those things make is amazing.

RS4 is technically up there and a spectacular car in its own right.. But I think it would probably be the bottom of my list. AWD just ruins it for me I think.

I think for the first time.. a Mercedes pleases me the most on looks, sound and build. More so than any other car around $150K (+on roads).

The only other car I would have is the GTR or the Porsche Cayman. Both very different, but amazing cars in their own right.

Someone I know is thinking along the lines in this range of cars.. and I would like to know what the motoring opinions amongst the people are!

I'd take the M3, but only as a sedan. Great sleeper, and a brilliant daily with track capability.

The Audi would be a moderately close second, but like Tim I'm not 100% convinced I'd prefer AWD. The Mercedes, whilst impressive, doesn't do anything for me - I'm left cold.

C63 has become as common as a Holden Calais... They're not cool anymore.

I could never buy the Mercs, it only comes in automatic!.

I believe that the M3 is slightly superior than the RS4, but it took BMW 18 months to come up with something marginally better?

I think the RS4 is way superior internally, the aesthetics are much nicer to sit in.

and sound? YouTube - Tubi exhaust on Audi RS4

I get major wood everytime I hear this Tubi exhaust

M3 all the way. Uncle has a white one with dark Grey csl rims and omg I ****ing love it!
Although I also love the Audi especially because it's so rare to see them.
Chuck an exhaust on the m3 and you have c63 rivaling sound with all the refinement and poise of an m3 and luxury of the Audi. So definatley m3 for me.

Just on the point of servicing costs and warranty claims. Whilst servicing will probably be in the same ballpark, having experience with two M3's over three or four years now. Both manual and auto. Not one problem. Ever! Nothing at all! Pretty good if u ask me.
