you gotta try it in the microwave, guys.... its the stuff that folklore is made of.
whilst the microwave can be used to rescue incorrectly cooked pork crackling it is nowhere near as good as doing it the right way!
From the microwave it doesnt come out overly crispy. It just turns rock hard or extremely chewy. Doesnt taste quite the same either!
Bacon in microwave you say. Does it go nice and crispy? I try to avoid microwaves as much as possible...
