I am looking for someone to join Car Care Products, a fast growing company in the Automotive industry for a varied role with premium car care products...

The role is for a Sales, Service & Warehouse Coordinator, and is located in our facility in Rozelle, Sydney.

Car Care Products Australia is a fast paced distributor and online retailer of premium aftermarket automotive care products. We import and supply products including polishes, waxes, protection, cleaners and specialised accessories to enthusiasts, automotive stores, smash repairers and other trade suppliers.

As a fairly new dynamic company we are still relatively small, so the scope of this role will be wide and varied. It is important that the right candidate has the ability to cover all aspects of customer service, administration and logistics within this vibrant and rapidly growing business.

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers. You will use your technical product knowledge to increase customer satisfaction, to cross-sell and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

You will also need a strong work ethic and great communication skills to ensure products flow in and out of the warehouse quickly, working with suppliers and couriers to deliver exceptional standards to our customers. Backed up with your high level of organisation so our website and database is maintained with accurate information and our warehouse and small showroom is presented well at all times.
