    Every car can be fixed.

She's not going to get a replacement unless the dealership and Volkswagen Group Australia have exhausted all possible options.

And believe me, VGA WILL ensure all bases are covered.

3 months isn't enough time to exhaust all possible options?

Week 1 - fault occurs, ring to book, appointment in 2 week's time.
    Week 2 - waiting.
Week 3 - car diagnosed, parts ordered, re-book in 2 weeks to fit parts.
    Week 4 - waiting.
    Week 5 - Parts fitted.
Week 6 - fault re-occurs, ring to book, appointment in 2 week's time.
    Week 7 - waiting.
Week 8 - car diagnosed, parts ordered, re-book in 2 weeks to fit parts.
    Week 9 - waiting.
Week 10 - Parts fitted. Fault still not rectified. Car kept for further testing.
    Week 11 - Testing.
Week 12 - Parts ordered, 2 weeks wait, as parts are ex-Singapore.

This is where the three months goes. Not ideal from anyone's perspective, but it's what's happening day-in, day-out at every dealership, regardless of manufacturer.

It's not good enough I feel for that person I would have been all over the dealership and the manager . VWA are absolutely useless all they will do is give you the standard reply " please send your information through and we will get a customer care person to sort it out ".
1/ They rarely ring back in under ten days.
2/ The people on the end of the phone at VWA customer care do not know anything about their products they are supposed to be helping with .
3/ When they are confronted with common sense evidence of a problem the training they get kicks in fast DENY DENY .
4/They will just fob you off and tell you to contact the dealer .
