ECS are officially my least favorite company to deal with nowadays. Impression that they care but simply if it's any more than shipping a basic product in stock they are useless.

For larger items I have bought in from O/S I have found the expensive part of the excersise having goods shipped across australia rather than from offshore !!

Yes I have noticed that not only is it expensive, but it is also slow. Generally if you have a tracking number, the item arrives in customs from the other side of the world quicker than it gets from there to your door.

Yeah. That has been confirmed to me that they are pretty useless when it comes to shipping.

I've told them to send the shipment minus my part from ECS straight away if it's going to take more than a couple of days and I'll just wear the postage for that item by itself.. :)
