I need a quick hand off someone with APR...

OK, I am going to sound like a complete git here, but I need a quick, and no doubt very simple hand.
I am using the APR security lock feature on my Polo for the first time (I was overseas when my dad got it added to the car), and have locked myself out...
My question is, how do you do the zero in the code? Do I do it as a blank number, or do I go through all the numbers as if I was counting to 10 (1>9,0)...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ryan, on the Polo as far as I can remember you do it as a blank number. I had a 0 in my code for the Polo as well.

As in flick, no button pressed, flick, continue .....

    Tiguan's ECU will not allow a 0 ....... so I don't do it anymore.
