    Angry How lucky am I?

Eighteen months ago, whilst in a line of traffic waiting for traffic lights to change, two Toyotas travelling in the opposite direction had an accident resulting in one of them ploughing into my beloved Jetta TFSI causing $18,000 of damage. 12 months ago, at the same set of lights, a Lexus IS250 barrelled into the back of the Jetta causing it to be written off. This evening, same suburb, different street, a 4WD ran into the back of the Eos, doesn't look too bad but the bootlid won't close and there is deformation to the panels behind the bumper bar so the bill will not be small.

Oh, the explanation, "my apple rolled of the seat and I tried to catch it!"

I wonder do I have a target painted on me? Anyway, I'm off to celebrate my birthday, might as well drown my sorrows.

that's pretty crappy but at least you're alright...another excuse to perhaps look into importing the 'rocco from NZ!
Perhaps getting a hummer whenever u drive through that particular spot.

awww im really sorry to hear that, man. i'd like to say ''glass half full'' but a streak like that would get me pretty down and out as well.....

i'd certainly be drowning my sorrows. happy birthday- hope you enjoy it in spite of the bad streak.

    cheers,

    scotty

p.s. ''glass half full''- you've had 3 dings in the same area and yet, thankfully, you've lived to tell the tale(s). some would say that's luck enough. just my 2c....

I'd swerve a VN commodore and choose to hit a new-VW too.

    But yeah, you're damn unlucky.

    Damn, that sucks.

    What suburb and what intersection?

I am going to avoid the area as it seems to be a dangerous place for VW's.

I'm really sorry to hear that, and I know I shouldn't be so heartless, but I actually smirked when I read this thinking how this is incredible stuff! I mean seriously, why are you such a target to car accidents? Maybe all bad things come in threes therefore you've got nothing to worry about?

Oh and I have to ask; was it a Toyota/Lexus?

    George that sucks b@lls!!

Though i guess like Scott said, you're lucky in some respect to being ok after 3 accidents.

I think someone must of stuck a target sign on your car, thats just crazy bad luck!

Happy Birthday and have a beer or 7 to celebrate/drown sorrows.

    Cheers,
    Jayse.

Time to move mate, or go on the offensive and buy an ASLAV...
