Probably go to settings and change to 3D But that looks like Google maps which is unusual for that unit Is a rather vague question as you dont say what you have now or anything. Also as you are in NZ why do you want it in a foreign language

Unless you use carplay/android auto with google maps you are now too late to activate the MIB unit to show satellite maps.
As of the beginning of 2021 google earth was replaced by MAXAR to provide satellite maps.
Basically your MIB unit communicated via SIM to google's IP server with a specific code to allow activation of google earth maps. This was focused towards Audi vehicles and European based VW Touaregs (RNS850) but could work with the Discover Pro with some 3rd party help.

Come January 2021 and those servers to google earth closed down and their maps were gone, also street view. The actual tick box [google earth] was replaced with [satellite view] of units with suitable hardware to support the change and a firmware update. In Audi's this was production around mid 2018 onwards. Units prior to this were left behind.

There could be some central/eastern European enthusiasts on the dark web to help, but proceed with caution as most of the reliable ones have refocused their effort on other issues.
