Given that they're car thieves/joy riders, I don't think intelligence was high on their list of admirable qualities...

People with sense 1. Wear seat belts and 2. Don't drive stupidly fast in places like this because you can and will get killed.

Some people have no sense and generally live shorter lives. Lets just hope this lot didn't get the chance to breed...
