Help Needed

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone was having issue's logging in to VWWC. I seem to be logging in as I usually do, then it goes back to the forum topics page, but says I have not logged in. If i then click register, it comes up with something along the lines of "Coxy09 has already been registered".....If i then click on forum tab up the top, It seems to log me in......

Any help or light on the issue.

I will be away for a few days, back on sunday, so I might not get back to you

Try clearing your cookies and cache (more so the cache).

Sounds very odd, can't say as I have noticed any issues from my end. Can you try clearing your cookies and cache and see if that helps this out.

sounds similar to what i had. if you go to a section (eg MK4) then back to the home page via the 'forum' button, does it then show you as logged in?
Do as The_Hawk said and clear everything. delete vwwatercooled if you have it as a favourite. Im still having problems, but i just live with it and blame it on my Dell POS laptop haha

I find it annoying how if you navigate away from the forum for about 20 mins, you've gotta sign in all over again.

Yeah, its interesting, I am on a work computer up in central qld atm and havent managed to have a problem. I just got a new imac at home, the first couple of weeks it seemed to be ok, its just all of a sudden its started playing up. Ill have a look at it when i get home, again. thanks all....thanks for answering that macca, it means i dont have to take a shot at those less fortunate than us, who live south of the border.....I do feel sorry for them sometimes.

I would like to say i could blame it on a devil laptop, but seeing as the Imac is new......Grrrr

There was a problem with http://vwwatercooled.org.au doing wierd things where http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au worked perfectly. There should now be a redirect so that even if you try to go to http://vwwatercooled.org.au (without the www) it should automatically jump to the www. address instead where everything works correctly.

(there was a short period yesterday evening when that was all being fixed where you may have had some weird issues, but it should all be fixed now).

Let me know if your still having issues and let me know what page it's happening on?

Come to think of it, I think thats what I was doing, leaving the www out.....Ill check when i get home, but im sure thats what it is.
