Semes like this has been "coming soon" for ages.
Lovely graphics and detail inside the cars and good use of a variety of different methods (night driving, dirt tracks)
Not sure how the night time driving will go with realistic damage (i.e. lights breaking = not knowing where to go_

Apparently the new Forza game due out next year will have the option to use motion capture control, eliminating the need for a controller.
Will be interesting to see how that affects things and if Sony decide to follow suit.

Can't wait for the next gen versions of these games with ultra realistic graphics and destruction.

Oh it has been "Coming Soon" for ages. its been horrible.

had a look at that motion capture, think i'd much rather my G25, ie something to actually grab and use. the whole steering the air seems a bit too gimmicky for me.

Agree, if it's anything like Mariokart on the Wii, it's hellishly hard to control precisely.

spot on, I've got a Driving Force Pro and there's something about that feedback through the steering wheel that can't be matched. I tried a couple of wii racing games and without the feel of a fixed controller it felt useless and kind of numb

    I'm so getting a G27 before GT5 lobs though

mmm yes G27. no sequential shifter though like the G25 has. definately a classier unit though.

probably going to have to buy a TV and PS3 for myself when GT5 comes out. i think i wont be able to hijack the family theatre room for the amount i will be playing this game.
