I'd really love to know how your VR6 achieved this, given the power/torque/weight factors involved. They may not have built purely for straight-line speed, but they are not slow cars, by any stretch of the imagination. From 110km/h to 180km/h, I imagine pretty much always under load and on boost...

And dare I ask where said racing was taking place?

1) mine is hardly stock, especially when it comes to weight
2) the evo was
3) i know and understand how quick evo's are ( I Have Owned One )
4) why is it that on this site whenever another brand of car is talked about it always turnes into "nope VW is **** comared to" or somthing along those lines
5) i never said anything about 0-100 or anything like that, as they where all rolling starts
6) screw this, im going to tee up alittle get together with my mate and this time the racecam will be switched on, mabye that will silence the haters

The conversation has evolved from a petty squabble about the quality of certain automobiles to gay sex..

It's a natural progression. I'm not 100% sure why, but most conversations i am involved in end up going in this direction. Not necessarily homosexual, but certainly smut talk. Hahaha.

#50 & 90hp shot of nitrious (not used when against evo as we are still ironing out faults with it)

& lots of other little bits like re-routing coolent lines from throttle body but i wont put all them down as there not that great or big

& still yet to weigh the car but at a guess ( judging from stock weight statistics & what has been removed ) we are hoping its around 10xx kgs but who knows.


& to put a little bit of on topic related stuff in this post ill put these

On a side not ^Car was looking good on Friday at the drift thing Chris. I've heard the VR is pretty quick from a friend of mine with a quick rotor too.

Your VR6 sounds like it's got a set and those Evos are dogs with a boost leak so very believable to me. Most Evo's are very modded so it's not something you hear everyday/ever...
