ok i have received a phone call from the DOVW director, the story goes:

we all arrive at normal times, enter your car, and have your car judged no problems, around 11:30-12pm-ish everyone participating will be on alert to do a slow run through the park complex and then we will get you to park in a line up, obviously old to new, and thats it! youll also be getting a limited edition "35 years of the golf" pin as a thank you for entering the cavalcade! WIKID

When we enter, do we have to tell them that were part of the cavalcade? and is it like nationals where we all park in mk1, mk2, mk3, etc sections?

What if you dont want your car judged?

that will not be a problem at all, the cavalcade will start after judging is finished, 11:30 onwards

OK NOW, you can arrive at 9ish AM to the show line normal, if you ARE entering the comp then you have to line up in the "judging line" obviously if your only here for the cavalcade you arrive in the "non judging line"

NOW!!!! The cavalcade will assemble next to the “Birdcage” area when entering the venue and then proceed in through venue at 11.30am in convoy to the presentation Grandstand (everything is located on the map above)
