Forza 3 Car Soccer
6 x Porsche Cayenne Turbo S' using a VW Rabbit GTI as a ball. Don't know whether to laugh or cry. At least it's only a computer game.

So stupid Xbox Australia decide that every other country in the world will let silver members download the Hyundai Genesis pack but Aus silver members are not allowed.

Free DLC and we can't even get it.
Just have to stick to my Mines R34 for slideways action.

Maple Short Circuit reverse i managed a sideways car for almost a whole lap.
Getting used to it before i take on the Kaido and aim for the 100,000 point drift achievement.

Also discovered R2 and R1 class cars have serious traction issues.
The AM DBR9 loses control off the line lol.
Same as the JGTC R35

Thats why you have to be GENTLE with accelerator, just like the IRL racers do

It seems like the multiplayer scene has died in the arse. Having trouble finding quality racers or even a decent ammount of players. The game hasnt even been out for 3 months

I'm not really sure what happened.
I think it was becasue i was playing ont he amalfi coast (cobled roads) in free play as opposed to actual race because this arvo i blitzaed with the DBR9.
It could have been the minor tweaks (lower tyre pressyre and adjusted gear ratios etc.

I got the hyundai pack.
All 3 suck, if you want drifty action, go the Mines R34, the rhys myllen car is terrible.

Modern Warfare 2 is probably a big thing on live at the moment too.

Just downloaded the GT Academy add-on for GT5. Noice.

Graphically, I have to say GT still has it all over FM3, which looks stunted and pixellated by comparison. But that's really splitting hairs as they're both lovely to look at.

My PS3 advised an update when I rebooted, and it seems some patches have been done to Prologue, including things like slicker looking load screens which now feature a silver GT5 corporate logo (rather than a silly clock?)

GT5 gameplay still leans strongly towards simulation and I think GT5 is more sensitive to things like machine and driver settings. Although the more I play them, the more convinced I am you can't really compare them?

I may very well get a PS3 when the full GT5 comes out. Havent played FM3 much lately as I'm getting bored of it. Multi is still fun but the numbers are still real low

I don't use live so multiplayer is not a big thing for me, i just play with mates on local play when we catch up.

The new DLC holiday pack has some fun cars (Ferrari 599XX, Ferarri 458 Italia, Nissan GTR V Spec 2010)

still enjoyable to play but it does get a bit repetitive when you get into the super long races/multiple lap races.
