Hi there just a quick note to say I'll be out of commission for a few days as I'm in hospital having some surgery. you'll be right.... surgery is a good thing, not a bad thing!

friends/ family freaked out when i told them i was having ankle surgery, but it wasnt something i considered ''bad''- the docs were gonna make me better!
