Perhaps the lack of both power and torque, with the addition of AWD does better suit your capabilities as I mentioned earlier.

That would earn some respect from my bitchezzzzzz.
I have a Porsche badge on my Polo... I think I gained some street cred, but nothing compared to a Chev badge on a Commodore...

I'm going to check out something in the States when I am there next week... I'm going to see how many Chev's have a Holden badge!!

You fool, they have Pontiac badges over there. Well apart from the Astra's, they're Saturns.

Nothing wrong with my driving capabilities mate. There were some with the guys in the HSV club but I can't help that. I've done a fair bit of racing and a LOT of track days. I'd happily put my skills to the test around any track if you like. Hey I could arrange a Wakefield day for VWW. You keen?

As for comparing the R36 to the RS4, M3 and C63, I can compare it and you know why? Because the R36 doesn't cost $150,000 to drive it off the showroom floor. So while I am sure I would have loved owning the C63 and I came very close to owning it (it's the best of the other three), I decided the R36 is better VALUE FOR MONEY. I.e. less than half the price but not half the performance. None of the other three options are worth $80,000 more. The R36 is the perfect compromise.

You're entitled to think what you like of course, but that doesn't mean you're right. It's just your opinion. Like I said, bottom line is I'm happy.

Maybe people don't like type of car which drive? Like: How many people removed VW badges from Golf or Jetta or Polo etc. - but I can not understand WHY ??? Maybe they don't like to drive europe cars or they look like better. But I did not see any BMW, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Toyota ... without badges. VW without VW badges at front and rear is same like writing letter i and forgot put fulstop on the top.

This sort of debate is never going to go down well on here, no one is at all impartial

Can I put a Datsun badge on my mk1's? they were made in the same factory? will that give me cred with all the sick 1200 ute boys?
