I've been a pretty good driver...
I think 12 month is kinda too harsh

Can't find anything related to license retention...

I dont know what (legal) legs you have to stand on, I mean, how can cops just walk in and say you'll be getting a fine blah blah blah... surely they have to stand accountable through photo evidence.

I don't know about others, but If I ever get done doing 45+ I want a photo of the occasion!!!

That said, I agree with others, cancel the order (or on sell it to a forum member) and get yourself a tracker or gokart!

You'll be hard pressed to get a break on a 45kph over charge. That's pretty damning.
Here in QLD you can claim hardship and loss of your job, but your past record is definately looked into. If you're young I don't like your chances there.

Yeah I know I did speed so I'm prepared to do my time but come on 12 month? 3 months I can understand
but 12 month without car can seriously effect someone's financial situation.
    Car is coming next Tuesday.
