In MotoGP, Rossi wins for the first time in 2.5 years, and not only is Lorenzo's collar bone made of titanium, his cojones are too!!
In F1, Vettel finally has something go wrong with his car, to loose the race, and an event full race with exploding tyres.
and at Pikes Peak. Loeb smashed the climb record by over 1.5 minutes, and the only person to get into the 8 min.. not bad for his first time

It was a great motorsport weekend but such a shame they had to pave the top half of Pikes Peak.

F1 was truly spectacular, so much action and carnage.

Agree F1 was awesome, I think I watched about almost 5hrs of F1 coverage yesterday

Pikes is good watching if its incar footage but that helicopter footage was frustrating especially towards the end, could watch it live over the net.
Still rate the days when Vatanen + co used to race it, the conditions were very average.
Don't think loeb got that car once into a slide. Plus the corners have those white markers to stop em for pushing it too much

I watched the in car footage instead, that's bloody fast, amazing effort. helicopter doesn't really show the speed
