The Car or Thing that gets you Inspired Thread

speaking of, what inspires YOU, rocket? apart from exorbitantly expensive exotic cars that any 12 year old can bastardize the crap out of in the latest need for speed video game...

"Things" don't inspire me... People that achieve great things inspire me. The first person that comes to mind is Christopher Reeve. Talk about having the odds stacked against you but never losing your positive outlook. To me, THAT is what is truely inspirational. That's just one example of many. Sophie Delezio is another inspiration... To suffer as she has at such a young age but to still be happy and bring happiness to others is simply amazing! The human capacity of generosity and compassion in generasl is inspirational. It's just unfortunate it's not as prominant as greed and violence.

Some cars, bikes and helicopters (ok and some planes) give me the "James May tingle" but I wouldn't consider them "inspirational".

As for being argumentative, I'm not (and never will be) argumentative. I will simply voice my own ideas and opinions as passionately as other people do. If you consider that to be an argument then more fool you. I'm proud of the fact that I think and feel so strongly about everything positive in my life. If you're not, or if you can't handle or understand that, then I'm sorry.

Not slinging ****, it's not what I do. Just took something as a joke (as it was hilarious to think anyone found that inspiring) when it was actually a serious post. My mistake. As for the Suzuki remark, each to their own but owning one of the fastest street legal bikes in the world is fantastic! People spend $500,000 on a car that doesn't go as fast as something I bought for less than $20,000.
