You mean this as the worst, right? Agreed.*MkV Golf GTI - Basically did what the Impreza WRX did in the 90's, but taken it up a notch, particularly with the DSG gearbox bringing effortless performance to the masses.
Hi all, noticed drive.com.au had an article on what their supposed car experts thought were the best and worst cars of the 2000's, just wondering what you guys think.
A few of the best I believe include:
*MkV Golf GTI - Basically did what the Impreza WRX did in the 90's, but taken it up a notch, particularly with the DSG gearbox bringing effortless performance to the masses.
*Aston Martin DB9 - It's what happens when you combine sex and car design, although it doesn't drive exactly like sex on wheels...
*Porsche 911 997 - Performance with the fuel economy of a Camry.
*Bugatti Veyron - The last word (for now) in Automotive Engineering.
The worts of the 2000's
*Basically anything made by SsangYong and Great Wall...
*BMW X6 - most pointless car ever created, What the hell were they thinking?!?
2010 B6 Passat 125TDI Black, leather, RNS510, boringly comfortable
You mean this as the worst, right? Agreed.*MkV Golf GTI - Basically did what the Impreza WRX did in the 90's, but taken it up a notch, particularly with the DSG gearbox bringing effortless performance to the masses.
heard all this before on through 10 years of topgear
Best Braking Award: Toyota
Most Eco friendly: Bugatti Veyron
Most unexciting new announcement: Australia to build a Camry Hybrid (which already existed overseas)
