I have a brother who is a new car salesman for one of Australia's leading brands and regularly rates in the top 10% of their sales. I reckon his success is because he is approachable, easy going, honest, never pushy or plays deceitful games and seems to give the customer what they want. I'd guarantee they would leave the dealership feeling satisfied with the deal. Sometimes the dealership profit margins are very small. He seems to love the job and the bonus is that he gets to occasionally drive a 430kW supercharged V8 as the take home car for the night.
