All I see are renderings, and it has a removable hard top in those. Good luck getting past 150mph with the roof down.
Its just more American hype, just like the SSC which was made purely for speed and not much else...

Agreed. It was actually never meant to go into production. It was done as an Engineering experiment originally, and at a HUGE loss.

It only went into production when there was such HUGE demand from people willing to put money on the table...

If they veyron was never about top speed then why bother making a SS version of it that pips the Ultima Aero???

Sure it is an engineering feat but it's ugly and the engine was already used in the older EB110 bugatti so it isn't anything "new"

And the Dagger Gt is planned to have 2000HP and will be able to be driven on the road as a legal road car.

Saw it in the flesh last week at VW in wolfsburg and it was awesome.

The Dagger GT is just a pie in the sky drawing FFS...

Why is it even being compared, let alone spoken about as though superior, to the Veyron??
