What should have been a simple ABS recall recently put up by VW, turned to be a frustrating experience with the dealership. They then tried to charge me for something unrelated to the ABS unit as they thought it was causing a issue with the new module.
Complained to VW head office and was fixed within a few hours, no charges.
They had my car for 2 weeks, their techs sound like they have no clue what is going on.
Takes 8 calls to get through and very little call backs.
Now I have scratches on my trim, leather seats, inside of my windshield and fingermarks everywhere. Not to mention they didn't clean the exterior very well either, cobwebs all over.
Don't use this Service center, they are terrible.
