grainandgrape in Melbourne. They are super friendly and helpful and have nearly everything what you can think of! I always get my hops from them! Their online-ordering system is a little bit dated, but that doesn't matter. Otherwise AussieHomebrewer is pretty good for infos and recipes!

seriously? I loooove bottling. it's always good fun and so satisfying when you can see your batch finally in the bottles! 'Wish my wife was into brewing!

    Welcome to U-Brew It

Just awaiting my batch of "Little Creatures" equivalent to be finished - am there on Saturday to can actually. 50L of Beer for ~$160 = 100x 500ml cans.

Over 150 beer types (and ciders) for you to choose from. All you have to do is throw the ingredients together in a big kettle and walk away. Come back 2 to 3 weeks later and simply put in cans or (byo) bottles.

    Cheers

The office is smelling a little like a brewry , temperatures are consistant, and it's bubbling up as I'm told it would.

Hi, I've only been brewing for about 10 years and I would not consider myself an expert but Iam happy with my results (as are most of the people who sample it).
I frequent this site, AussieHomeBrewer.com , and find it can be helpful.
The main thing with brewing is to "KEEP IT CLEAN". Temperature is the other main issue but you can get around this by using other types of yeast (not the ones with the cans) but any brew shop will set you straight.
I saw a nice HB shop on Peel st near queen vic markets, but most are only too willing to help.

If you want to continue, PM me and I'll see if i can help.

    Cheers.

Does anybody know of a commercial beer brand in 375ml Bottles with crownseals? We're having a little celebration coming up, thought I'd buy some bottles that I can use for homebrew afterwards.

All the euro bottles are 330mls
